Our sessions are designed to champion your vision, within your budget, so that means we need some info from you before we start, but don’t be alarmed, it’s all fun and is designed to ensure you get the most out of our session.
The purpose of the consultation is to provide verbal advice that you can take away and implement, all from a place of confidence and empowerment.

20 minute discovery call to chat about your project and how we can work together
Information gathering so you get the most out of your time
30 minute pre-session prep work reviewing your ‘homework’, completed by Alison prior to our meeting
1.5 hour private online interior design consultation with Alison
Recorded Zoom session with AI generated Summary and Audio Transcript
Personalised post-session recap detailing Next Steps, Design Outcomes, Client Documentation, Reference Imagery and Supplier and Trade details, where applicable
Access to our huge materials library with samples at Alison’s fingertips to get you started

Online Design Consultations are pre-paid and non-refundable or transferable
They must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase
No refunds will be given after a design consultation has been completed
The extent of our services is limited to interior design and decoration. Our services do not include contractor services, landscape design, or architecture
We do not provide legal, compliance, architectural, construction, engineering, or structural advice. While we may provide information about these areas, this would be general in nature. We recommend you seek out trade-specific advice for your individual circumstances
