The Grandview Project is a double storey home designed around one extraordinary element, a stunning green quartzite stone. From that starting point, Alison built a palette of warmth and texture that carries through every room.

Tumbled bronze, timber cabinetry and earthy toned walls and floors ground the interiors, creating spaces that feel rich, tactile and quietly luxurious. The quartzite anchors it all, letting the materials lead and the details follow.

Outside, a backyard built for entertaining extends the living spaces, while a cobblestone driveway and considered period details tie the new home back to its streetscape. Rather than standing apart, Grandview Grove belongs, sitting comfortably within its community while holding its own character.
